An exclusive residential and leisure community created on a 320-hectare site just a few minutes away from Subic Bay, north of Manila.

“Building on its established track record of successful projects for Ayala Land, GHD has been engaged to provide the infrastructure master planning and detailed design, as well as conduct environmental studies for Anvaya Cove,” advises Project Manager, Mario Dimagiba.

Anvaya Cove is a high-end seaside leisure project, composed of residential communities, the beach and a nature club. A number of the luxurious villas will be located close to the beach.

Anvaya Cove is a community where building designs are Asian-inspired and homes are thoughtfully woven into the landscape. Apart from the commercial amenities, Anvaya Cove will provide an unparalleled experience of ‘living with nature’. Biking, hiking, and nature trails that wind along the natural contours of the land will be developed.

Guidelines are in place to preserve the existing environment and maintain as much wide open space as possible.

The beach will offer various amenities and activities for families to enjoy. The Nature Camp facility includes exercises such as ziplines and rope courses, targeted not only toward families but also to the corporate market for team-building exercises.

The integrated master planning involved infrastructure for access, water, wastewater disposal, drainage, power, and information communications. Design concepts are focused on providing construction and operational flexibility, and minimising impacts on the environment.

The protection of fauna and flora was a key consideration in the establishment of road alignments. To prevent stressing the available groundwater, water resource planning is underway and will encourage re-use through the integration of water, wastewater and stormwater systems.

The development will make use of existing terrain to maximise the use of gravity water supply and wastewater systems to reduce the need for pumping and resultant operating costs.Surface water quality will be enhanced by the use of retention ponds, sedimentation basins and silt traps.

Construction of the neighbourhood block, seaside villas and beach activity facility and Nature Club has commenced.
