Anthilla was established in 2010 by its President, Mr. Emilio L. Perez, Jr., or "EPJ" as he is fondly called, with its pioneer project, Melbourne Residences.The development ushered the start of the growth of the Palanan Area in Makati City. 

In 2011, Anthilla Land Corporation, which handles projects outside Metro Manila, was born and launched its first project, The Americana Residences, a year later.

This 2017, Anthilla is poised to make it our breakout year and we would love to have you join us in this exciting and triumphant journey.
